BIKE THE LOOP ROAD

Before the Island Explorer, most Loop Road bike rides involved biking the entire 20-mile loop. Now you can ride a segment, and then flag down a bus. Bike racks have capacity for six bicycles.

You can avoid the narrow two-way segment by stopping at Wildwood Stables. Put your bike onto the next Loop Road bus, and ride to the North Ridge trail head bus stop. From there, it is just a short ride back up the two-way road to reach the one-way section.
